For weeks, Kamala Harris faced criticism for avoiding bipartisan meetings with journalists. Yesterday, that finally changed, she agreed to her first-ever Fox News interview. It was a chance for her campaign to reach across the aisle and grab Trump’s voters. It’s doubtful she did that though, there was nothing groundbreaking about the interview, and early on it became a bit contentious. Mr. Baier, Fox News’s chief political anchor, repeatedly pressed Kamala Harris on her failed illegal immigration policies, taxpayer support for gender-transition surgery and other areas that many Americans are concerned about. Kamala mostly avoided answering any of Mr. Baier’s questions. Instead, she tried to make the interview about Donald Trump and how “divisive” he is. This is hypocrisy at its finest, Kamala herself has labeled the former president as racist, and the Biden administration she’s a part of has attempted on many occasions to link trump supporters to white supremacy.
