Vice President JD Vance hasn’t announced that he will seek to succeed President Donald Trump, but he is showing signs. He’s also showing signs that he has the courage to stand up to the Left and say what needs to be said. Because of his courage parts of MAGA are already beginning to line up behind him.
Vance spoke on the last day of Turning Point’s annual “AmericaFest” conference to an audience of some 30,000 people. During his speech he talked about the accomplishments of the Trump administration and slammed Democrats on many issues, including Christianity, transgender rights, free speech, and the economy. He also seemed to hint at a 2028 campaign.
At one point in his speech, he encouraged people to join ice to help secure the border even faster. He also seemed to hint at a 2028 campaign.
“We are gonna kick their ass next November,” Vance said, referring to the midterm elections. “And every year after that.”
Turning Point CEO Erika Kirk has pledged Turning Point’s support for Vance if he decides to run for president in 2028, saying that it was Charlie Kirk’s plan.
